Hi! I’m Jessica Noon and I’m a transformation coach with 18 years of leadership experience across four industries. I’ve made a career of building and scaling brand-new HR specialty functions inside well-respected companies. My passion is empowering people to grow — and the uniqueness of my career means I know how to get outside the standard “boxes” and design your own path, regardless of whether or not you’ve done it before.

Maybe! Some people get results more quickly. Some career pivots naturally take more time. I can’t make guarantees that you’ll be in a new job in 3 months, because this all depends on what YOU do to follow through.
If you land your dream job early, we’ll use your program to get you upskilled quickly, nail your first few weeks, tackle new challenges and personalities, work through leadership challenges, etc.
While your core program will help you hit the right notes, the beauty of a 1:1 program is that it’s entirely flexible to accommodate anything you need to work through.
And we have to acknowledge there are SOME factors that are just out of everyone’s control. Here’s the thing: if you take action on what you learn, and you use your week in between to follow through on your commitments, your milestones should generally hit.
If you’ve done every possible thing and you still are struggling, just let us know and we’ll work out a new strategy with you.

NO! In this program we work through designing the unique value you bring and how to re-frame it into the language of the career you actually want. This enables you to protect your income while maximizing your potential. (Of course, there are some professions where you do need additional qualifications – together, we will design ways to close any gaps you may have).

Ok, this feeling is soooo valid, because most people have been taught to network like hagglers. What can you do for me, me, me? Ew.
Here’s the thing though: that’s NOT what we do. We are not going to be hitting up randos on LinkedIn begging for stuff. We’re going to build an expansive, supportive community. It’s going to include people who might be able to help you move forward, yes, and it’s also going to include people you want to help, and people who can help you expand your vision for what it’s going to be like after you succeed.
It’s a practice ground, a fill-your-bucket situation. And you’re not alone – you’ll have me to help you pre-frame these conversations in a way that feels authentic and energizing to you.

If that’s your goal, we totally can work on that. (I did it, and most of the skill sets are the same.) But NO – the Career Pivot Power-Up isn’t ONLY for entrepreneurs – it’s for successful mid- to senior-level professionals and leaders who want to pursue a new life in any profession, company, industry, or career path.
You DO NOT need to quit your current role to be part of the program – in fact, many of the techniques you’ll learn can be implemented in the role or the company where you currently are, and your life can still change pretty radically even if the move you make seems small on paper.

This coaching program is about (among other things) building fluency in the entire framing of your experience. That includes the way you write about yourself, speak about yourself, and give examples about your experience — all three need to flow together.
That’s important because as you put out more applications and build more network connections, you’re going to need to pivot quite quickly and regularly to customize your materials for each opportunity to make the greatest impact. Most of the time, there isn’t time (and most people don’t have resources) to engage a professional every single time you need to do this, so it benefits you to learn this skill yourself, and the only way to do that is… well, to do it.
We do offer templates for ways to frame your resume, we work quite extensively on re-framing your narrative together, and I’m happy to offer feedback on your materials. However, resume writing or extensive editing is not a “done-for-you” service that we offer directly.
If this is something you need, I’m happy to refer you to another provider who can help. This would be a separate service, not included in the CPP program.
